I stayed at the Quality Inn in Junction, TX, and had an awful check-in experience because of the front desk clerk, Anthony. When I walked in, instead of a normal greeting, the first thing out of his mouth was, “What do you want?” — incredibly unprofessional for someone working the desk. Things got worse during payment. The card reader asked me to remove my card, so I did — but then Anthony snapped at me and said, “You canceled the transaction,” as if it was my fault.
