The accommodations aren't bad, but there are some shortcomings here. First, if you get a second floor room, there is no elevator. Not a big deal unless you have heavy luggage or a disability. The other big shortcoming is you should know that cooking anything will set off the smoke alarm, positioned almost above the stove, which will then invite a very angry front desk receptionist to bang on your door, then scream at you to close the door so you don't set the whole building off. The door lock was loose and exposed, making us feel unsafe during our stay. Under the bed was completely filthy with trash from previous guests. It was dust central The clerk at the front desk was on his phone, ignored us when we walked up, and acted like we were bothering him When we told management the sink was clogged, nobody came to fix it for two days.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

There is ***** bad service. And no one's available for helping to open door. We go to front desk for making the key 5 to 6 time. she said i can't come and help with you..!! What is that mean..? Guy's don't do come here for stay, you made your bad Vacation here.👎👎👎👎

The door lock isn’t working with key in a day for four-time, I have to go front desk, then they try master key master key isn’t working,then they are using physical key for my room 250
