Cozy little hotel that was clean and quiet. I stayed during the week for 2 nights with no issues. Reasonable price for what it was and the staff were friendly.

I was an outstanding customer i stayed over 100times in last 2years. Unfortunately I was took for granted on 5 occasions there was groups of kids at hockey tournaments they were harassing me knocking my door for 5 to 8 hours. I complained on one occasion that they were banging on my door. I was told that I could leave. They were playing hockey in the hallways etc the front desk clerk was purposely putting me on same floor so they could engage in harassment towards me. He referred to me as being trash . Cold reception right from the beginnig. From the gentleman working the evening of April 15th 2026. No greeting at all. Did not tell me which way the elevator. Went up to the room. Called lobby right away stating that the outlets and usb ports weren't working. Mold in bathroom. Shower head not installed properly. Worst hotel experience I've in a long time.

We recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Grimsby, Ontario and had a great experience, especially traveling with two kids (ages 4 and 11). The indoor pool was a big highlight for our family. It’s open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which gave us lots of flexibility to swim. Towels are also provided right in the pool area, which made things really convenient.
