Lynn at the front desk SAVED us when a third party booking got confused. She got on the phone & talked to them, got us a refund. And still got us a room here! The service was above & beyond!

The room that we had was musty and humid. As soon as we open the door it smells. There’s a small stain on the ceiling that looks like water leaks. We didn’t bother changing room as we check in late and we only need a room to sleep for 1 night. The bedding feels like damp and the floor is not clean. We didn’t sleep well because of the smell. Breakfast was great, there’s hot food options, there’s sausage, egg waffle and pancake. Night shift front desk staff was really nice.

I recently stayed at this property, and it was hands-down one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.The most alarming issue was the overwhelming, toxic mildew smell in the room, which only grew worse as the night went on. Management clearly knew about it because they tried to mask it with a heavy, chemical deodorizer that was absolutely nauseating. I thought it was a nice place to stay. The bathroom was very large, and they're pet-friendly. The breakfast was better than most hotels.
