Clean rooms, friendly people, cold pool, the hot tub was divine!
Terrible! So hot in the whole place. AC in room had not been turned on and didn’t work well. Ants everywhere. Live crickets. We were afraid the microwave was going to explode or catch on fire. Don’t stay here.
Upon arrival, it took the front desk clerk several seconds to put his phone down and help us. The first room he placed us in 117, the bedding had stains all over it. I asked for a new room. The second room was cleaner but the the ac was not on in either room. When I asked the clerk about the ac, he said they keep all unoccupied rooms hot. He also gave me flack about having a different number of people than my reservation (I had the same number) when I asked for a box fan. As if he was doing me a favor. One of the best Quality Inns I've ever stayed at! Everything was spotless, smelled fresh, and the rooms were huge. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, so I slept really well. The indoor pool was great, the free breakfast was well planned, and the peaceful surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable. Big thanks to the management for keeping the hotel in such great condition. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Highly recommend!
