Dear Choice Hotels Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent stay at your property. I checked into the hotel at approximately 4:00 PM, briefly inspected the room—primarily the bathroom and beds—and left shortly thereafter for my daughter’s AAU basketball tournament.
