I can't believe this place has a 4 star rating right now. Hot water was tepid at best and water leaked all over the floor when shower was running. "Workout room" is three dumbells and some broken machines and something that beeps loudly the whole time. I turned down my fridge temp and it leaked water all over the floor. No way to stop the sun blaring through the window at sunrise. Nothing is comfortable about the room. They capped the internet at 1997 speeds (10 mb up/down). Basically unusable. There is no hot water at his property. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told with a wry smile that it was “because everyone used the hot water.” It was approximately 6:30. No offer to help only contempt. I asked for home office contact info and was met with the same attitude. Do not stay at this property unless you want to leave with no shower and treated horribly.

At first, they gave us a room where the AC and lights weren’t working. However, after letting them know, they quickly upgraded us to a larger room and apologized for the inconvenience. We had no problems after that and really loved our stay.
