I contacted this property 14 days before we were set to check in. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our entire trip! These people had no type of care or consideration whatsoever. When it came to our dilemma that had come from the middle of nowhere. So not only did our family suffer a loss. They kept our money as well.
Dirty and overpriced
Worst hotel I ever went , the price was very good for a reason, the room was seeking smoke so bad that it was impossible too sleep, and we had a door for connecting to the other room and the neighbors was listening to rave music very loud at 11pm, Room was very dirty. And the breakfast was disgusting.
Horrible service. Got charged for my room twice and spent a good 30 minutes arguing with the front counter lady about getting my money back, and basically she told me I would get one of the two charges back when I check out. I leave, and both charges GO THROUGH. Now I am fighting between the hotel, booking.com, and my bank to get the money back. This is absurd. Would never recommend this horrible place and rude staff.
