Very good experience! Greeted by Suma, a lovely young lady who was very accommodating and helpful as were all the staff. When checking out I told the desk clerk about our stay and mentioned Suma had been great. The lady told me that Suma was the one in charge. Excellent breakfast…beautiful facility. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast is good and fresh. Pretty cool set up with the indoor pool area.

A slightly below average location when you need a bed. Room is adequate and mattresses are hard. Very weird lobby design w indoor pool on the lobby and a broken spa right in the lobby. Strong smell of chlorine in lobby due to above.

Ugh, the first room we got the toilet was plugged or something it kept over flowing and smelled like cat pee. We got moved to another room 2 doors down and the toilet had the same problem. So once again we asked to be moved to another room. They finally moved us to another room in another hallway and upgraded us to a suite for compensation. The hot tub was out of order and appeared to be floating in its hole. The ice maker in the first floor was also out of order. Old, run down hotel, not as described and photos are misleading. Smell in room, loud AC rattle, pool and spa closed (looks like permanently), no windows to outside, shower was not properly hooked up and only had scorching hot water with no cold water (in July).
