Room was absolutely disgusting! Roaches (alive and dead) everywhere, yellow sticky looking stuff on the wall and it was very musty smelling. Plus there was mold on the sheets. They advertise free wifi but do not tell you that it's ONLY for mobile devices (phones). They don't allow refunds. The front desk lady was extremely rude and threatened to kick us out without giving us a refund all because we were not understanding why the wifi is only for phones. The office was rude, there were bugs, mold and wierd splatters on the wall. Never stay here ever ever ever.
Started out with the lady at the front supposedly not being able to take cash app cards when the paper literally says you can. I was trying to get a room for me, my husband, and my son. I had to call my dad to come get one for all of us and he had to pay for it. I made reservations online for the room before my dad had showed up and THEY TOOK MY MONEY ANYWAYS!! The room looked like someone had been sitting on the bed and the room smelled. We left, no thank you. The lady at the desk barely spoke English.
