very unprofessional! I called to see what rooms were available and she wouldn’t helped me out then i asked for an manger cause she didnt wanna help me out and she hung up on me. i called again and she declined it, i called with a different phone number and asked for her name and she hung up again.

The clerk was very nice and friendly at check in. . Property has a lot of issues . We had a room with a kitchen .. missing an element & counter repaired using a ... . Serving tray screwed in lol . Sink leaked, no pots nor pans nor anything from which to drink.. . Shower has outline of razorblade in rust . Toilet paper dispenser broken . Bed was comfy. Water pressure excellent . No phone on end table just a cord .. .. other rooms might be better.. pool not open/empty. washer and dryer for guest use both filthy ..

If I could only give no stars, I would. The room smelt god awful. Granted, my room was a smoking room, but my father's wasn't . My tub was rusted out. Someone tried to repaint the room with pink fingernail polish. I paid $100. Turn around!! Don't go to this place.

I stayed here the other night I'm pretty picky on where I stay I know they're in the middle of remodeling this hotel and it looks good ! I had the front desk person show me a couple rooms and found roaches in the bathroom area the room I stayed in was pretty good but when I was taking a shower I looked up and there was mold on the ceiling ! Plus I went down for breakfast ! I was up there working so I had to drive all the way home the other day and then drive up there today 4 hours from where I live to work ! my room was clean and fresh when I opened the room door, and the bed was very good, comfortable greeted with a smile
