Terrible customer service DO NOT BOOK HERE. Update: It is crazy they reply to my review here but I cannot call them (it hangs up immediately) or message them online (its been weeks and no reply). I wish I could give them 0 stars for how terrible this experience has been.

Horrible experience, room looks like it was a crime scene, staff fighting and upper management barely could communicate with them, and only food available was a restaurant that that no1 showed to work
Do not stay here.
