I booked a room at Quality Inn Southaven at 6:34 p.m. on July 30 due to a power outage. My power was restored unexpectedly, and I canceled at 7:31 p.m.—within an hour. I called the hotel directly, spoke to a staff member (Puvi or Pruvi), and was told I had to cancel through Expedia, which I did immediately. It has roaches and bed bugs very bad I am warning everyone do not come and stay at this hotel
Do not stay here run they have roaches they walls nasty and they customer service is horrible
