The rooms are smaller than they look on the website, but they were clean and safe. We were in a room that faced the pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was kind of sparse- cereal, instant oatmeal, instant grits, apples, yogurt, bagels, plain cream cheese, jelly, waffles, small Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. No eggs of any kind even though there were signs not to place them in the microwave. They kept our deposit cause they had a hole in the wall that was already there when we got there. Very unprofessional it clearly shows they don’t check there rooms after check outs.
Many reasons. At first, thought this place was going to be great. Called to confirm that they offer military discount and I was told yes by the representative so I proceeded to book our room online AFTER confirming they can adjust the price after arrival. (I failed to get her name but I have the call record and they could identify who she was) Fast forward to check in, Greg, what a guy.
