Wall paper pealing in the bathroom and the room carpets were so dirty my son's feet on his pj's turned black. Asked for a crib and was given a pack and play with a pad so hard you could have used it for flooring. When checking in I was asked if I was if I was there for business or pleasure (no issue with the question) after answering my room was immediately changed without explanation. We were very disappointed with this place. They don’t allow you to see the room before booking, even after paying over $200. Once we saw it, we quickly understood why—it’s one of the worst value-for-money stays in the area. The rooms are old and far from perfectly clean, and the whole place needs a full renovation before hosting guests again. Staff could also use better training in politeness and customer service. We wish them the best, but strongly recommend choosing another hotel nearby for a much better experience.
The gentleman at the front desk is incredibly rude. When my mother and I arrived at the hotel he was constantly telling us he almost gave our room away because he called multiple times. We had no missed calls and had already paid for the room. He had a very snippy attitude and reminded us about 10 times that he almost gave our room to someone else.
