I booked a reservation through my credit card and was excited to relax and enjoy my stay and the pool that I very specifically wanted. When we got to our room it was large and had a nice view. However it had a very very heavy smell of cigarette smoke. I specifically booked a non smoking room so that would not work for me. We asked the cleaning lady who was near by and she said that was the normal smell. We went to the front desk and asked to be moved they very begrudgingly found us another room. Zero Stars! Look at the review before booking! QUALITY INN SHELBURNE , VT. WE CHECKED IN AND STAYED FOR 5 MIN. OUR ROOM WAS ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE PROPERTY IN A REMOTE AREA. WALKING TO OUR ROOM WE WERE ASKED TO PURCHASE DRUGS FROM SOMEONE. OUR ROOM HAD A BROKEN DOOR FRAME (HAVE PHOTOS). UNABLE TO LOCK DOOR AND PUSH DOOR OPEN. BED HAD HAIR IN IT.
