The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were closed. The gym was dark and dank with flickering lights that made it hard to work out. The food was standard but decent. The location was worth it. Everything was only a short distance away.
Pool not open. Why don't they notify incoming guests? They demand email and phone, yet notify no one. When I tried to explain to the staff why the pool was so important, they start contradicting and arguing with me. Worthless staff! Worthless hotel! Liars! Never again! I spent the entire time trying to find pool accomodations, rather than relax at the pool (which was the plan).
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE. The WORST hotel experience I have ever had. I travel often and this is by far the DIRTIEST hotel I have ever been in. The initial check in area is clean, but once I was brought to my room everything was nasty. Room claimed to be smoke free but reeked of cigarettes and other mysterious scents. Mold in the bathroom.
