Britney was very friendly and helpful but when I called to ask about some charges the woman who answered was incredibly rude. Parking is really tight and you have to pay for it but there’s still people off the street walking through the parking and hotel area. The rooms were also small and not well maintained.
It was my husband birthday and he never been to Savannah. This was the most horrible experience of a hotel I ever had in my life. The hotel staff is awful and made a fraudulent charge to my bank on a card I didn’t use to check in or to pay for parking. So basically they stole my money out my account. The housekeeping staff members Betty and Kathy were very rude. I mean VERY RUDE! Great location and friendly staff.
The room was in need of repairs. The towels were dirty/stained as you can see in the pictures. The a/c worked which was a life saver in the heat. Location great.
The location was great, steps away from the Riverwalk. Check in service was fine. Complimentary breakfast was slightly below average. The rooms however, had very, very old furniture and run down. Bathroom was very old also. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Old TV with bad reception. First room we were checked into had a towel under the air conditioner catching lots of dripping water.
