Would give zero of I could. First they put us in a room that had not been cleaned from the guest before. Then the smoke detector went off for no reason at 2:30 am and again at 10 am. The front desk called and said it was our room that triggered it and the fire dept was going to show up and it they did we would be charged $750. Then I accidentally booked another night on the wrong date, the manager called the cops and lied to them and said we didn't pay and had them kick us out. So the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The next morning my husband was taking a shower and the fire alarm went off in our room and the attendant wanted to come in our room while my husband was still in the shower!!! I was like there is no fire in our room and my husband is in the shower! Omg who does that.
