I came in from out of town with my youth basketball team and Chris and Teresa accommodated us and was very helpful and had great customers service skill thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable
Smoke Detector was going off while I was in the shower and they threatened to kick me out. Even though the steam was rolling out of the room she swore I was smoking or vaping. Breakfast is only a voucher. Cheap but there's better options. Update: After checking out i found that I had $500 worth of fraudulent charges on my bank card. Horrible business and scam artists.

The only saving grace of this place was the customer service of Teresa. Nicest lady ever. Fairly easy location to get to places in the city. Otherwise this hotel is the worst hotel I've ever encountered and I've stayed in some pretty bad places. I also typically refrain from leaving negative reviews.. but this place was that bad. We booked it online because it showed a pool and the rooms looked relatively clean and decent. When we get there, the pool is crumbling and out of service.
