I had a great stay at this hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service I received, especially given that I needed a room on short notice after a terrible experience at The Clarion. John at the front desk was professional, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. delapitated and falling apart. will upload photos later. so many things. the girl at the counter was basically like “tough luck” didnt offer us a different room or anything. TV remote only turned on and off. No other channels. Bathtub clogged. No roll for the toilet paper. Stinky AC. Electrical switch with no cover. Hole in shower wall. Microwave door broken. Housekeeping seems nice at least.

Have been satisfied staying here several times each year in the past. This 2 night trip May 17-18, 2026 has been unsatisfactory. The room does not have enough lights. The lights are very dim. Difficult to read a book or see you face to shave. Everytime I've turned the TV on I see "cable 19" and nothing but snow. The first night I picked up the room phone to call front desk, nothing, dead. The man at the front desk was the best! My rooms were nice for the price would definitely stay again. Pool was out of service but it was raining the week I was there so not terrible.
