Me rente por 7 días en ese Hotel por motivos laborales y fue un infierno ya que la señora de la recepción (Liza) me discriminó en varias ocasiones por ser latino. Pedí comunicarme con un supervisor para que analizara la conducta de esa empleada y nunca recibí respuesta. Todo está captado en las cámaras de la recepción y el parqueo . Lamentablemente no volveré nunca a ese lugar.
We were traveling from out of town to Cali for a funeral. This place is a little pricey, the rooms looked clean but dingey, (the tub needs to be resurfaced so does the pool), it was nothing special! The in room coffee & the coffee in the dining room tasted awful. Definitely not worth $281.23 for 2 nights!!!
We stay at this hotel at 10 October, We got there at midnight check in. They give us a dirty room so they had to have to his us. I bet have bugs. And I was starting we were too tired to complain about it. We had a long day.. The next day they keep on confusing us with different people and they lock my room so I have to go and complain about …. Very dirty room …
