All staff were amazing and friendly - Dakota, in particular, was simply exceptional in all aspects during our stay and is a true credit to this property. The GM, Matthew, is an excellent leader and involves staff in all necessary scopes of the hotel operations.
I was in town for a retreat and the place they housed us was the quality inn in red lodge. I am so glad they did. First off the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The check in was easy! The facility is clean! From the foyer to the pool to the dining area and the rooms; this place is clean. The room was comfortable with decent linens and simple amenities.
