Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been in and had my wife and I not been so tired from driving all night, we'd have kept going! I booked a King bed room only to be told they didn't have one anymore and then when we got to our 2 queen bed room, it was nasty. The room smelled old and musty, the towels were stained and the beds were hard. We stayed for two nights. Everything was very clean including the lobby, hallways, and our room. Breakfast was good, and customer care was professional. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms must have great sound proofing because we barely heard other qmguests.

When I checked the bed for bed bugs as I do with every hotel I was staying in the mattress was disgusting had dried blood and the mattress topper had a urine stain and when I went to the front to request a new room or refund the person at the front desk was rude and got upset I inspected the mattress and then when I left and came back they had givin the old room to someone else when the hotel was almost completely empty

If zero stars were possible, I would be honest and leave no stars. I checked in to the hotel with my 3 children and our dog around 2 am. Driving in, the right half of the building has been condemned by the state. When getting into our room, the windows didn’t have screens, the room had cat litter throughout and smelt strongly of cat debris. Half of the power in the room was out, and from 215-352 am there was excessive pounding that had my dog barking, and woke up my family. My daughter went to see where the noise was coming ... read more
