Reservation lady and. Checkin was great and same lady been there for many years
My friend flew all the way from Japan and we stayed here. She was checking in and the lady at the front desk was extremely lazy and rude to her! Talked to her like a dog because she couldn't help herself to repeat herself, my friend speaks Japanese and English but not as good as an American. Very embarrassing and rude! Garbage staff!
Worst location to try to leave from, but terrible service. Need more American service more sanitary conditions than this plus very rude
