Ms Mary was so kind and Genuine and even though I was disappointed because of my truck being in the shop she reassured me it was gonna work out such a beautiful Lady and the Head of the Housekeeping was so Generous and kind as well definitely will return if near by thank you Ms Mary and Staff
My wife requested housekeeping service through Kush at the front desk, and Kush promptly made sure the housekeeping team was informed. We truly appreciate her professionalism and attention to our request. We would also like to recognize the lady from housekeeping for her outstanding work. The front desk lady made my grandma cry saying the kids were being too loud even though we had just road in the car for 8 hours. They also put us on the second floor knowing we had small children then wanted to complain. The breakfast was awful. And the rooms were small.
