I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, I used the laundry machine provided for guests, and it completely ripped my shorts. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, the employee simply told me that the machine was “new,” which clearly didn’t seem believable based on its condition. Wind leaked water into the room. Ceiling in above shower was molded and there was water dripping off the ceiling. Couldn’t understand a thing the guy at the front desk said.
