The common areas (lobby, halls, etc) were filthy. The walls were overdue for repair. The lobby furniture was worn. We were stranded on the 3rd floor due to elevator failure. Very skimpy brkfst.
I find the rooms to be nice and clean, and I appreciate the kindness and generosity of the manager. Jasmine, the receptionist, is also very kind. However, I had a negative experience with another receptionist (the Indian or Arabic gentleman) tonight. My 78-year-old father is currently staying in a room there and requires special care, but this receptionist told me that he was receiving too many calls for my father’s room and didn’t seem to care about my father’s condition.
