Room is dirty found evidence of bed bugs and air conditioning half way works

The room was dirty.The King sized bed had 4 Sofa pillows, not even full sized bed pillows. There was urine on the walls around the toilet. There was a distinct hand and body form print on the headboard as well. The gap around the door made it possible to peep in the room. The smell was unbearable!!Needless to say, we didn't not stay the night. It also took 2 months to get a refund. We ended up staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Never had such a bad experience in my life. Went to rent a room for family coming in from out of state for a funeral. When they arrived the room was full of mold and mildew with water drops on the ceiling. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk they did nothing about it, refused to change their rooms, and would not even offer a refund.
