I was absolutely appalled by the conditions of the room. My light did not work, there was pizza stuck to the mirror, the bed was not fully made to standard, there were rings around the tub, the toilet had urine on it, the toilet also continuously ran nonstop, and the worst of all there was blood on my shower towel. When I brought these concerns to the front desk staff she inspected the room and she too was mortified. She contacted her boss who simply brushed off the serious complaints while denying any refund.
