Called to see if they had any openings, person said no and hung up. A thank you would have avoided this review.

I went to stay here the first room had blood on the blankets they gave me another room they had bed bugs and the young girl at the front desk was very rude I'm calling corrpret on them this place is nasty with bed bugs and if they have them in one room there in all room Don't stay there it's not worth it very nasty very rude

This hotel is so run down. Our door wouldn't lock. Moved to another room. Needs work to repair and update the buildings. Shuttle to and from O'Hare was good.

When booking Quality Inn, I obviously expected quality. Upon arrival, there were notable differences from the pictures posted online in comparison to how this place looked in real life. Very ran down, very dirty, and very misleading. After waiting and hour for the shuttle bus to arrive, i made it to the hotel where i was then asked to put down an $100 deposit, which no problem, but definitely would’ve been nice to know prior to my booking or arrival.
