The hotel shuttle is actually an unmarked minivan that stops on the opposite side of the exit on the second level, near the ticketing area—not on the arrivals level on the ground floor. They also don’t wait for guests, so it’s very easy to miss. The hotel is rundown. My room faced the road, and the traffic noise was extremely loud throughout the night, resulting in terrible sleep. ONE STAR REVIEW: When you are booking at the Quality Inn O'Hare, you are booking a room full of MOLD. It was everywhere, on multiple walls and the floor was wet. People in our party were instantly sick. The best part, the front desk would not help us at 2am. He told use our option was to sleep in the MOLD room (after we told him it was making people sick) or he would cancel our reservation. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell, the room was not clean, and there were concerns about drug activity around the property. The AC was difficult to control and could not properly be turned on or off. The customer service was terrible. I paid the full balance through Expedia, but when I tried to check out, they wanted to charge me additional money.
