Extremely rude staff. Double charged me for a room. Just kept telling me they didn’t even after showing them it was double charged on my card. No accountability just that’s the choice hotel system. I’ve had no problems at other choice hotels.

Extremely rude staff! I think it's time to hang it up and find a new occupation. You could not ask a question without them seeming annoyed and bothered. Bathroom is tiny, beds are not very comfortable, do not waste your time with the free breakfast. About the only positive thing I could say about this hotel is it was pretty clean.
