All of us kept getting stuck in the elevator. It is hot in here.
Handicapped rooms on second floor....they elevator broke on 5th day there...offered other room bit too inconvenient at that point
We were initially given a non-smoking room that had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and had to be switched. While the second room was an improvement, it still had a faint smoke smell. The front desk staff offered to bring an air freshener, but it was never delivered. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, causing my sister and I to wake up with back pain. Convenient location. Fair price. Outstanding customer service. The quality of the property is what you would expect for a value first motel chain. I found it a clean and secure place to stay with my wife and small child.
