I want to thank the staff at this location because my reason for visiting wasn't exactly a fun one and the experience made a difference for me. I wasn't at my best but they helped me along and were patient and kind. I was a guest at this hotel on 5/30/2026. I was happy with my stay here. Xavier did an amazing job! Made sure breakfast was ready on time even refilled as soon as they were out. Clean rooms and a very pleasant stay. Thank you Xavier!
Xavier at the front desk is super friendly and easy to talk to. I left my ID behind without realizing it and he personally called me to let me know they had it. He went above and beyond.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights it is in good location for shops and to go to the seaworld. They offer you rich breakfasts and very attentive Xavir at the reception and the girl who cleaned the room for us, thank you very much for your great work.
