Make sure you look to see if the hotel is even open before you book. I was able to book some rooms online only to find out when we showed up that the hotel is closed for remodel. Why allow us to book if it's not even open!!? I also can't cancel the reservation, thankfully I didn't get charged on my credit card.

This hotel is closed as of October 2025. But they accepted my reservation anyway. Left me having to split my stay over multiple locations over a busy weekend. Don't book here, even though it appears on all the booking websites.

Called to make reservations. I pointed out the other reviews mentioning it was closed. Rep assured me they are open for business. Put me on hold until she called the front desk and confirmed that they were open. Offered me a special price to pay right now over the phone. I decided to hold off and I called around in the local area and spoke with someone that works in very close proximity to the hotel and they told me that this place is absolutely closed and that they are doing construction there and not open for business.

Was able to book a room at month in advance on choice hotels website. I show up and they are boarded up and closed. I even confirmed with choice directly beforeha and they said I was booked. Not sure why choice hotels let me book this hotel when it's not open. This ruined my evening.

Hotel is closed, and has apparently been closed for about a year, but they're still taking reservations! I arrived 2/3/25 with a confirmed reservation to find a closed, locked, unstaffed building that is clearly under renovation and not open for business. I arrived during a Winter Weather Advisory and Cold Weather Advisory and consider myself fortunate that I was able to find other accommodations nearby.
