We stayed in room 203, the window was held together by duct tape, heater didn't work, we let front office know and they did nothing. Water in the shower went from scolding hot to freezing cold, clearly installed incorrectly. The bed was broken on the corner, if you sat on the corner the whole thing went down to the floor. We went to the hot tub and the towels were the size of hand towels, my 9 year old could barely get it around her waist, you can imagine an adult. This place should be called LOW Quality Inn and should be bulldozed. The best thing about this place was the location and the underground parking. Otherwise the beds and pillows were old and not comfortable, the paint and drywall was chipping off in the bathroom, the room was cold especially since the windows were only single pain, the heater barely worked, and the breakfast barely edible. All this for $200 a night! Do not stay here.
