We were stuck in a snowstorm Tuesday night and were so grateful to find this hotel. The service was kind, and the front desk assistant, Jacob (I hope I got his name right), was very helpful. We loved the underground parking so we didn’t have to dig out our car, and the elevator to the lobby was convenient. It’s not a resort, but it had everything we needed — heat, hot water, and comfort. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I had cancelled my reservation way before the cancellation deadline. They still charged me, and when I called twice, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Our group of 5 rented 3 rooms. My friend and I chose to pay an extra $130 in case we needed to cancel late. So this Quality Inn made a lot of money from us. We normally stay in a condo, but it was difficult to find the right room/bed arrangement so we chose to stay in this hotel. We really liked it. The rooms and lobby were very nice, the spa was big, the breakfast was great, the staff was nice, and the shuttle was right across the street. Unfortunately, hotels.com somehow double booked my room. We booked a room for a family trip, but upon arrival, the concierge informed us that our room had been sold to someone else, and there were no available rooms. This left us stranded on the street at midnight, searching for an accommodation. After making several calls, we eventually found a more expensive room for the night. This experience was frustrating and not what we expected for our family getaway!
