I normally did not stay in hotels that have your room door open to the outside parking lot. I travel alone and I’m elderly therefore I’m very cautious. This is a hidden , Safe, nice, clean, with courteous employees, and a great location. One block off I 20 in Bossier go see them they’re the best. I have not seen 1 roast, spider or bug in this Hotel. Great full breakfast and the pool is great too!!!!
Brie and Faith were great front desk ladies! A shout out to Shelby for being promoted to manager! Shelby you definitely deserved the promotion and I'm sure you are going to be a superb manager!
First of all the frigerator didn't work at all. The bed squeaked every time you'd even move an arm or a finger. It was noisy and people that stayed there were loud. Won't go back even the workers there said owner will not repair it.
