Extremely disappointed with my stay here. Upon arriving at the facility I learned that they charged over $20 more than theyre listed price online- when I noted this and ask that they match it they refused and told me to book online next time. In addition to this they charged me $20 per night for my cat. When I booked with them in person they told me that this fee was temporary and that they would only charge it if there were damages.
