I stayed at Quality Inn in Mount Vernon Sept 6 to Sept 7, 2025. Room 206 details: TV wouldn't turn on. Yes, it was plugged in but no response to the remote. Fridge did not work. Ice machine on my end of hotel was out of order. Front desk person said she would bring ice to me, but she didn't. Heat/AC was not adjustable. Tub looked filthy. Used the phone to call the front desk and I could tell someone answered, but all I could hear was static. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU FREE STAY! Stayed here for 2 nights, dirty dingy hotel room. We had requested a room with a kitchenette as we had dietary restrictions which was promised and not provided. Only gave us an apology. They had not cleaned the bathroom or provided us with soaps and shampoo. On calling, they asked us to come down to bring it.
