Room was dirty and I only stayed for an hour or so and got a different hotel room and they wouldn’t refund me anything I paid $130 on a room and it’s $60-80 to book online? What a scam.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and the experience was below acceptable standards. The room was dirty and had a strange, unpleasant smell. Paint was peeling from the walls, and the bathroom door had a hole in it, as if someone had punched through it. There were visible cracks, rust, and even mold around the AC unit, which is a serious health concern. The hallway has a strong smell of spices and the carpet is stained. Unsanitary and in disrepair. We were greeted to the smell of mold and bleach. Then when we were given our first room there was pizza sauce smeared on the bed. The second and third rooms had similar issues with crusty stains on the furniture. I was also hit by a falling tile in the lobby. When asked if we could cancel our reservation and be refunded we were told yes. It took several phone calls to make this happen.
