I liked it
My go-to when I'm in South Bend for business. Rooms are always clean, and the staff and management are genuinely friendly. The hotel is going through a transition, but you can tell the owners care and are working hard to keep guests comfortable. Breakfast is really good, too. Highly recommend if you're traveling to the South Bend / Mishawaka area.
The new ownership has made wonderful changes cleaner rooms, friendly staff and the beds now are super comfortable and the room smelled fresh and clean. You can see the care being put into here. Highly recommend you stay here and its quiet at night.
Very nice room but they cleaned ; when I was out and the floor in the room and bathroom was very slick; and the bathroom floor was very slick . Besides that very nice .
Had to book a hotel in South Bend in the middle of July. All of the hotels were booked so i decided to stay at Quality Inn since there were room available. I was looking reviews and there were mixed review but i gave it try. Arrive the hotel and the staff who take the reservation check on if there are rooms available on the 1st floor since there are no elevator going up to the 2nd floor.
