Had no choice because the better hotels were booked up for the TPM2026. Hotel is old and has a motel feel. Beds are uncomfortable. Room cleaning is sub par at best. Toilet rickety, shower old. Breakfast terrible. I will never stay at a quality inn again.

conditions too dirty, the drainage of the shower is useless, the water stagnates, I do not recommend it.

First time guests. We cruised with Carnival and needed a place to stay that was conveniently located near the port. This was the place! It's less than 10 minutes from the port, and only cost $10 per person or $20 round trip. The hotel itself offers free breakfast (although we did not have it). There is an outdoor pool on the premises. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. We had a ground floor room which is what you want if you have heavy luggage or several bags. This was a short stopover in the Signal Hill section of Long Beach. Off the PCH, the hotel is near LGB airport and not far from the cruise port. In fact, many of the guests appeared to be cruisers. It's more hotel than hotel with doors tha open to the parking lot. The rooms are behind a strip mall so they were not the most attractive. Breakfast was ok. The coffee was not the best. The staff are superb! This isn't a sexy hotel but its clean and cozy! Thank You Choice Hotels for all the rewards points for my free room. Love You Guys!!
