Money scam!! I got their WITH my ID and the debit card which booked the room (my husband’s). Makes sense since we’re married. The front desk says “this isn’t how it works here, the name has to match the booking and the card, I explained we had both and both of our ID’s”. STILL wouldn’t work. Could nt go across the bridge tunnel to go home in snowstorm so thiscplace saved the day
I've called over 6 times to speak with a manager about booking 30 hotel rooms. This hotel is 1 mile from the banquet hall that we are renting. No one has ever ever ever called back. The service desk is ran by ladies who can't even tell you what day of the week it is.
Stayed here for a week due to work. I arrived on a Friday at 150pm check in is at 2pm she wanted to charge me 25.00 to check in. I said I'll wait 10 minutes. Get checked in and go to room. Floors are dirty and the bed skirt had never been changed. So I clean the room myself. I work 12 hr shift so I was only there to sleep. I check out and they email my receipt. On my receipt it states room service food 3.00 and that charge is on there for each day. We'll this location does not have room service nor sell food in the lobby. I ... read more
