Overall: 2/5 Room Quality: 2/5 Cleanliness: 1/5 Breakfast: 4/5 Staff: 4/5 Unessesary dirt on the rug in the hallway and room, on the base of lamps, on the curtains, and in the bathroom. If I didn't arrive late at night, I would have looked for another option. Leesburg area is not recommended.

It’s been nearly 2 weeks with no phone call back about the disaster of our stay. We were there for a comedy show and to have a good time. Not everyone can opt out of a deposit fee and rent another room but I wish we could have. The housekeeping seemed non existent, luckily Walmart was right there. Everything was out dated, with rust, wood panels peeling off, and huge stains along the wall, ceiling, and light shade. The pics were VERY deceiving. The POWER was out for over an hour, with zero explanation. On top of the hallways... read more
