The room was fairly clean, but the carpet was disgustingly filthy. My granddaughter walked around for less than twenty minutes and her feet were black. I think if the floors were hardwood, this would not be an issue. The pool was clean to sight, but freezing cold to touch. The hours were a little unreasonable for a vacationer who may have wanted to see any sights located nearby. The room and whole place was dirty and run down. The window in in the room was broken, it looked like it hadn't been washed in years. The microwave and mini refrigerator filthy. The comforters had stains all over them as well as the lampshades. The bathroom had mold and stains on the shower door tracks.. The rug in the room was ripped in a few places..
This was a rather clean hotel for the area! Good price, great service and very helpful with my late arrival at 4:00 in the morning. The breakfast had a lot of options and the cleanliness was above par for what I was expecting. Will definitely be back again!
Stay here if you want your belongings stolen. When we called to get the general manager’s contact information so that we can elevate the situation further, the front desk worker, Melody just hung up on us. We just want our belongings back. Just go to a nicer hotel, it’s worth the extra money.
I love this place, conveniently located, friendly employees, great breakfast. My people are just around the corner, I love it!
