It’s been nearly 2 weeks with no phone call back about the disaster of our stay. We were there for a comedy show and to have a good time. Not everyone can opt out of a deposit fee and rent another room but I wish we could have. The housekeeping seemed non existent, luckily Walmart was right there. Everything was out dated, with rust, wood panels peeling off, and huge stains along the wall, ceiling, and light shade. The pics were VERY deceiving. The place smelled like moldy/musky, I thought maybe it was just me. My husband started getting sick and nauseated, and then it started raining hard to find water coming through the window frame. I went to the front desk and told them it was raining inside my room and the attendant said oh ya, I will give you some towels, it's because the hard rain. How can anybody rate this place 5/5. It's a total dumped. I left after first night. There was no way I was staying there for another 3 nights. I talked to front desk woman in the morning. I nicely informed her I was leaving and would I get reimbursed for remaining 3 nights. She said...no problem, asked my room number..pretented to punch something in her computer. So I thought I was all set. As I was leaving a couple hrs. later..another employee ran out to me in parking lot to inform me..I would have to go through booking.com... read more
