I genuinely do not know how this place has a 4 star rating right now. I booked a room here because the reviews here made it look nice and clean but it is NOT. I checked into a room and was immediately charged an extra $50 to my card as a "deposit" which was not disclosed that would happen when I booked the room. When I see signage like this, I always make sure to take videos of before and after I leave to have proof in case. The footage I uploaded was taken at the time I was supposed to be checking in. Great hotel, greatest staff, personable, knowledgeable and welcoming the minute you walk in, highly recommended 5 stars for staff
I honestly never stay anywhere that isn't Marriott but because nothing was close and available, I read the reviews and took a chance on this place. I am so pleasantly suprised. I definitely got comparable value. My room was updated, very soft sheets, pleasant staff, great location for what we needed (nascar races). I'm a hotel snob and I can always find filth. This place was nice, I felt safe and didn't have concern about bugs. The beds were comfy. Overall I'd definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.
