The room was very nice, the plug I was trying to use was so loose it wouldn’t work to charge my phone and the light would flicker. There was a clicking noise above the sink that kept happening and woke me up. Did not sleep well. The location is good.

The room was very small and there was so much deordorizer spray in it, especially the bathroom it was hard to breathe. Also,you could hear people walking around in the room above.

My husband has medical issues so I made sure I could cancel before making the reservation. We found out before we left for the trip we had to return A day early. We told them at check in we planned to leave one day early, was told no problem. At checkout, they said they had to charge us for tje last day. The first employee lied, when we checked in and said we would be charged for the nights we stayed, the second wouldn’t speak English to the manager we insisted on speaking to so we knew what she was saying, and the company r... read more

Great location in the centre of Keystone. Friendly polite front desk staff. Good sized room, although the window view was of the rocks but we did watch the chipmunks chasing about so it’s not all negative! We were facing the pool so the corridor was heavily chlorine smelling but the pool looked inviting and a number of people were enjoying it. Breakfast was standard fayre, cheese omelettes, sausages, waffles etc.
