Room 210 has holes all throughout curtains and duct tape to them, bathroom wooden panel hanging off, bathtub vinyl partially stripped, dust covering HVAC, and was ICE COLD upon arrival with AC on high. Someone wanted me to freeze to death, for sure. One of the 2 beds was creaky. Luckily no bedbugs! Bfast was carb-heavy and included McDonald's style egg patties. We (family from Germany) stayed 2 nights at this location. Kanab generally is a great location for trips to Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, GSE-NM, etc. The motel 100 % met our expectations. The room was big, well maintained and clean. The whole motel is also well maintained. There is a spacious breakfast area and the breakfast was good! The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were clean and spacious. Linen was fresh. Bathroom floor needed repairs as it was lifting off and had large gaps. No elevators. What was a big let down was breakfast. Obviously cutting costs as there was nothing fresh. Good luck if you were gluten intolerant. Everything was highly processed. Two cereal options - no oatmeal, bread and plain bagels. Waffles.
