I would give a negative rating for Security if I could. Last night at about midnight two men entered my room while I was sleeping using a key provided by the front desk. I called the front desk and was told they thought I was in a different room. Then about 2am, it happened again! This time the front desk said “oh, you have two rooms?” I said no, just this one. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The toilet flush in our room wasn’t working, and when we asked the receptionist for help, she said the best she could do was give us a plunger. She refused to switch our room or call maintenance. Later, she suggested we use the restroom in a smoking room in the basement—an unacceptable solution. A hotel should have backup rooms for such issues or at least have maintenance available, but they did neither. The service was completely lacking.
