Booked a smoking room by accident. Would not cancel room for me. Booked 2 queens offered a King for 3 people. Did not offer roll away or other option. Asked if smoking room smelled bad because lobby smelled of pot.
This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. When I checked in, I noticed heavy marijuana smell. The carpets thoughout the property were very dirty. When I checked the room, it was also very dirty, so that was the last straw, I went back to the desk and said Im sorry this wont work. But they refused to refund my money they charged me for 2 weeks!. I asked to check out but they said they could not chack me out because a manager was not there, and try back at 11:00pm. No elevator. Looking for a cheap hotel. This is it. But don’t expect much. The beds are really comfortable and the sheets are soft. Everything else needs a lot of work. Floors pealing up. Shelves falling down. Broken walls, doors and latches, and the place smells like weed and BO all the time. Seems like a spot for seasonal construction crews to stay long term. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.
I will say that it was a decent size room and a reasonable price during a long road trip with an unknown stopping location. However, I would not stay here again.
Says service animals are allowed but upon arriving on site your told no animals.
