I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We stayed for three days, and from the moment we arrived, there was a strong smell of weed throughout the hotel, including the hallways. The carpet in the hallway also smelled heavily of weed, which made the environment very unpleasant. The room itself smelled like mold, which was concerning and uncomfortable during our stay. The customer service was terrible. I booked and paid for five days via the super.com app, but due to personal issues, I couldn't show up for the first two days. When I went to check in, I was told my reservation didn't exist—that it had been cancelled—and that if I wanted to stay there, I would have to pay again. I didn't think this treatment was fair; on top of that, the person attending to me was extremely rude and wouldn't offer any alternatives. The service was very poor.

Honestly, as a tourist we had a great experience with this hotel. We were looking online found a couple places we made the call attendant was friendly and we booked the room in seconds. The room itself was a bit dated but was clean and had two nice beds and AC that worked. I hope anyone looking for a hotel check this spot out. Location was good had lots of stores and restaurants near by.

It was nice well the floor for the shower was cracked and it felt like there were crums in my bed
