I was misled by both the staff over the phone and the information advertised on the website. The hotel was presented as having a 3.0- to 3.5-star rating, which did not reflect my experience at all. Additionally, the front desk clerk was unable to provide basic information about the local area. She did not know where Walmart was located, could not recommend any fine dining restaurants, and was unfamiliar with Fort Meade. Would not recommend anyone stay here. There is a club next door with insanely loud music past 3:30AM, save yourself and stay anywhere else.

I would avoid this place at all cost. The room is was very run down and gross. The toilet was not working. There were “long term” tenants that kept their doors open in the hallway playing music and yelling. I when to get a refund due to the condition of the room and building and someone came to the front desk asking about housing homeless people there and they did not say no to that person. They have still charged me for my full stay and refuse to give me a refund. The manager is unreachable and will avoid you at all cost.
There were bed bugs and someone was trying to get in and why do the beds have wheels like that just weird
