My family and I stayed there for 4 days they remodeled the floors took all carpet up the floors were dirty in the rooms the bathtubs have no mats or grooves in the tub so my husband fell in the tub I informed the front desk they did not fill out an incident report be careful when you guys get in the tub there is no secure grips or grooves in the bottom of the tub they gave me two washcloths two towels and a bath mat very stingy with the the towels the beds are old and too hard they had no curtains at the window half the lamp... read more

We stayed in Jacksonville last minute during our recent road trip to Topsail Beach. This Quality Inn was one of the more affordable options in the area and about 40 minutes from the beach. The woman who checked us in was friendly. The rooms were clean and acceptable but dated. The room air conditioner said it was controlled by the wall thermostat but that wasn't functioning (at least it worked from the unit).
