Nicole was the rudest person i’ve ever encountered! She smells disgusting , her attitude is horrible. I will never be back here again! She needs to have a talking about her attitude and professionalism! FIRE HER! *we stalk fb pages but don’t message me on there? real professional you stalk people like that*

We booked several of our employees here for an out of town job that our company had. From the billing standpoint this stay was a total nightmare. We were overcharged by one night for 8 of our employees. We never did fully resolve the issues after MANY conversations. Check-in was a bad experience for our employees. Our employees complained that rooms were not good. We don't normally choose Quality Inns but had to because the other hotels were booked solid. Now we know why the Quality Inn had availability. The hotel was way overpriced. Kinda out of date hotel as a whole and kind of an old smell. Bed was comfortable enough, but was an old bed. All that being said, It was fine for needing a place to sleep. Maybe it was because the time of year I came but cost was probably $100 more than it should've been. The staff was really nice. No issues and they seem to work hard. If the hotel was not as expensive as it was you get what you expect it to be.
