We came down to the coast for the weekend and spent the night here. My wife and I have been doing a lot of traveling recently and I’ve stayed in at least a dozen different motels. This place was one of the better ones that we stayed at. It was not fancy, very basic. Nice and quiet, great location. We actually enjoyed our stay.
Great place . The staff is nice. Very clean. Stayed here twice for in town work.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were ALL very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was really clean. I couldn't tell you how many times the front lobby was mopped (which is a good thing) and the breakfast area was super clean. I really wish the pool would have been cleaner and the hot tub, hot, BUT that wasn't a big deal. Also, the carpet in the hallways and stairs needed a good cleaning. Overall, it was a really good stay. We more than likely will stay there again.
Most importantly to me, the rooms here are very clean! Aside from this, all staff members I encountered were genuinely kind to guests and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. Rooms were pretty reasonable in price, especially given how close to Port Aransas this is. This hotel is fairly small in size, with one building and two floors, but it works. There was no elevator, which could be a problem for someone with limited mobility. Only drawback I found was that breakfast options were pretty limited. I would have liked to have ... read more
