Staff are great
my father and i stay at Quality Inn Hyde Park during May for fishing season, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet after long days out fishing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to get to the water and nearby spots around town. Breakfast was a nice bonus each morning before heading out. This hotel is a wonderful hotel, I've never had an issue here and have stayed over 100 nights in the past 2 years. I highly recommend going here for your upcoming vacation, business or day trip. Thank you so much to the staff there for always being so kind. Also the breakfast is very good always fresh.
This Quality Inn is located across the street from the Roosevelt National Historic Park, our destination in Hyde Park. Our room was a good size and very clean. While on a busy main street, it was surprisingly quiet.
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I paid over $500 for two rooms for two days, expecting at minimum a clean and safe place to stay. I checked in around 7 PM, grabbed my keys, and went straight to work without even looking at the room. When I returned around 5:30 AM, I discovered the room had bed bugs. This is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and pest control should be the most basic responsibility of any hotel.
