We stayed in a room with one king bed. Not spacious, but adequate. The free breakfast was tasty. Hot foods included eggs, sausage, and waffles you make yourself.
Rooms a little on small side, but everything was amazingly clean. Well designed to be quiet even though they appeared fully booked. Great location to FDR house and museum,and Valkill. And many antique shops.
It’s not the ritz-Carlton… but it’s a decent hotel with a very kind and helpful staff. There’s a refrigerator and microwave. Basic amenities. Can shoddy workmanship still be clean (but rusted)? I present exhibit A lol half of us say that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. And there is no elevator. And the breakfast is 2.5 stars … the waffle mix is watery. Minimal food selection. But better than “continental” option.
