Do not rely on shuttle. Peak season, could at least 1-2 hour wait We took our car out for an early am flight due to the shuttle being lined up 30 people ahead of us. Very disappointed .

You know you’re in a doozy of a spot when the first thing you see are the locals playing the slots and their ol girls playing pool. If there wasn’t free week long parking, most people’d leave. Very dorm room vibes, cold showers, broken blinds, 1970’s hallways with peeling wallpaper and a weird chair sitting in the corner facing the bed (some of y’all might be a fan of this- no judgement). Front desk workers were great though.

BED BUG WARNING February 24, 2026 - arrived to very kind and helpful front desk service. As everyone should, we immediately checked the mattress in the room. Unfortunately we found what appeared to be clear bed bug eggs which were present on 3 of 4 corners of the mattress (pictured below, room 243). We immediately went to the front desk and were shown a second room on the 1st floor, the room that is always kept on hold to the right of the front desk. If you have cash, no parking is possible not ffs . 1 day credit card only . So glad I didn't book Cuba because I would have been screwed nowhere to park.

They didnt tell me I had to request the shuttle, which maybe I should have just known?! but I missed the time by about 2 mins and had to wait for the next time slot because the driver was napping.
