I booked a room at this hotel late at night after being displaced from our home due to a devastating house fire. I’m a single mother with 3 small children, one of which is disabled. I paid with cash and a $50 cash deposit was required. No problem. Getting into the room itself; it was nasty. The carpet needs to be removed. The bathroom toilet had a ring around the water bowl indicating it had not been cleaned in weeks, possibly months.
