I’ve stayed at this location several times in the last 2 years and always been happy with accommodations. Stayed at this location 3/14/26 and I was extremely disappointed! I booked this room 2 months prior. I understand they are renovating but the room I was given was nothing I’ve never seen. I had to ask for a late check in bc upon arriving in area (1pm) I was told room wasn’t ready. I had a party 20 mins away so I requested a late check in. The room I was given was unreal. I spoke to Henry over the phone he was very helpful and made sure that he had everything correct for my booking. Great customer service
Rooms where clean and beds comfortable as well as shower was clean, breakfast consisted of waffles, bagels, toast, 3 cereals, juices, coffee, cream cheese, jams and dining area clean.
I didn't expect this to be such a nice hotel! The breakfast hours end at a decent time, and the rooms are awfully clean!
