I had made a mistake in my reservation. Marela (?) was awesome. She went above and beyond contacting the manager, who was very understanding. They could've easily charged me a fee and would be justified, but did not. I was chaperoning a group of school kids for a tournament and would've had to disrupt the kids stay and possibly upset the parents. But they were so understanding and accommodating.

Clean room and bathroom, great value for the price, good breakfast choices and variety, guests are mostly foreign tourists and business visitors, very respectfull and polite,thank you!

If I could give less than 1 I would. The girl at the front desk KATHY didn't help me. I made the reservation through Booking.com and I've been trying to cancel after being here for an hour and half waiting because she didnt find our reservartion , and there's no response anything !
