Very clean and comfortable room. Outstanding customer service!
I was traveling to ETSU with my 20 yo daughter and thought we had booked a hotel, as advertised. This location is a motel where you park outside your door. Not what I signed up for. The front desk lady was the only bright spot - she was lovely. But the room was only sort-of clean with something nasty clogging the sink drain (a used bloody tissue maybe?). The area was dodgey, we moved the chair in front of the door and found it dirty behind the chair, and there were weird half-pillows on the beds.
Total dump
Hotel overbooked rooms and gave our room away. Gave me my money back but put their mistake back on me questioning me on when I booked the room (which should not matter) and questioned me on if I actually booked 2 queen beds. I showed them the email and confirmation. Front desk clerk then asked me how I booked the room and the mistake must have been through the app. I didn't book the room through the app. I made the call directly to front desk.
