Great location, quite and clean. The lady at the front desk was super nice. Easy quick check in. Convenient with restaurants and gas stations close. The hotel itself isn't ☆☆☆☆☆ but the experience was ☆☆☆☆☆+

I stayed at this hotel for one night. When I arrived early for check-in, Moriah was very accommodating to my request. Her customer service skills were awesome! My room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well . The water for showering was hot. I would stay here again if I was in the Bristol area again.

Nice place. Had a king sized bed and the room even had a little bar. (No drinks) The pool is in the back away from traffic and the breakfast has scrambled eggs and sausage too.

This little QI is small, but the rooms are recently remodeled and clean. The staff is really good to us. As a bunch of blue collar guys, we appreciate it very much

Diamond Elite status 20 year customer… has to use 16,000 pts for this dump! Not to mention Andrea the desk gal, who makes you feel like she is doing you a great favor by giving you ANOTHER DIRTY BLANKET.! Pretty sure she said “ you’ll have to make do”. All I can say is 2 rooms offered and both were disgustingly unexceptionable! Definitely calling the health department! Urine stains, blood, some other stain completely unexplainable.
