Staff was amazing but my ac did not work I barely got sleep and the refrigerator did not work the bath tub was dirty and again my room was so hot

Was woken up at least 3 times our first night by another customer trying to get into our room. They were finally successful after the third try and walked in on my coworker and I sleeping. The same thing happened to my boss sleeping in another room. My boss stated that someone was ACTIVELY plastering his bathroom at 10pm when we had first gotten to our rooms.
