Door of the first room that was provided didn’t even lock. They were not happy about providing another room. The second room somehow locks. Then guest were sitting and smoking weeds, the smell of weeds was coming to our room as well. It impacted our sleep.
First I would love to share how fabulous the staff was! Every single member I talked to went over above my expectations...starting with Bailey who booked me over the phone who was just a joy to talk to...to Jamie who checked me in and gave the best tips of where to visit...and to Tonni who handled a discrepancy of mine with kindness.
